Ian is the owner of Strong Hand Fitness, and co-owner of 2 bros custom apparel and graphic design. He was born and raised in Hendersonville, and served 8 years in the Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate as a certified propulsion and engine room operator. He is a creator and innovator bringing a different style of gym to the area, a safe environment for people to get as strong and healthy as they can. Hobbies include, Powerlifting, entrepreneurship, and spending time with his family.
