Ian McKay
(Owner)
Ian is married to his beautiful wife, Audrey, and a father to two beautiful girls, Abby and Melanie.
Hendersonville native, Navy veteran, and competitive powerlifter.
Tina Stoner
(Front Desk sales associate, Group Fitness Coach)
Tina was born in India, raised in Chicago and is now living in beautiful WNC. Tina got her passion for movement and exercise at a young age in ballet class and danced for over 15 years. After college, Tina worked as an early childhood educator for 5 years in New Orleans & Chicago. Having taught group fitness part-time for several years, Tina made the jump to working in the fitness industry full-time and became a personal trainer in 2019. She feels that fitness combines her passion for both movement and education. She especially loves making newbies and beginners feel welcome in the gym- so feel free to ask her for help! When not at the gym, she can be found hiking and brewery-hopping with her husband and rescue dog, Wrigley.
Ashleigh Bargiol
(Group Fitness Coach)
Ashleigh is a local to Hendersonville and after many years of travel, returned to the area. She
has been a group fitness coach for almost a year. Ashleigh has lived out her passion for fitness
over the past several years through strength training and running competitive races, varying
from 10Ks, half marathons and Spartans. She is currently in the process of becoming an ACE
certified personal trainer to enhance her ability to impact people and their fitness goals. Outside
of being in the gym, she is in Real Estate and the proud dog mom of 3 pitties.

Zebbi Sampler
(Group Fitness Coach)
Zebbi Sampler is a true Hendersonville local and was a collegiate athlete in her younger years. Now a current mom of 2 and wife, she holds a big passion for fitness and helping others in their own personal journeys as she progresses towards her own fitness goal. She has been a fitness coach for a little over a year and would like to pass that knowledge and passion on to the Strong Hand community. Zebbi is an advocate for incorporating mindfulness and meditation/breathwork into your normal fitness routine. As an avid hiker and backpacker, you can often catch her on one of the many trails this area has to offer. She also loves to run and is known to convince her friends to join her for a race every now and then! When she is not coaching, Zebbi works in accounting for a local CPA firm and loves traveling and enjoying good food and music with her hubby, 2 boys, and 3 big mutts.
