Megan Yvonne

I was born and raised in the cold but beautiful state of Maine. Thanks to hibernating in the gym while the long winters passed, I discovered my passion for fitness. I have expertise in many different training modalities, from CrossFit, to running, and have finally landed on strength training, specifically Powerlifting. In 2016, I began working as an independent personal trainer and have not looked back. I have trained all over the US and even in Spain! I’ve been blessed to have helped so many wonderful clients, and I can’t wait to continue the journey!

Ian Mckay

Hi, my name is Ian Mckay! I am the owner and I also train both in person and online! I provide powerlifting specific training, strength training, and general fitness as well! 


My background is years of coaching multiple lifters to state and national records, as well as coaching myself to a 881lb squat, 545lb bench, and 711 lb deadlift! I work with all ages with a focus of strength, and injury prevention!

Maggie King

Maggie is a NASM certified personal trainer and precision nutrition level one coach. After a weight loss transformation of her own, she fell in love with the process and decided to help others obtain a healthy lifestyle. She specializes in helping people reach their weight loss goals through learning healthy daily habits and exercise that fits their lifestyle!
